In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 & ½ cups flour, ½ tsp salt, and 1.5 tsp baking powder. Whisk to combine

Add 3 tbsp of baking olive oil and add ½ cup of warm water 

mix all with a spoon. 

Using a hand mixer, mix the dough into a ball

Let the dough ball rest in the refrigerator for 15-30 min. 

On a cutting board with flour, cut the dough ball into  8 equal portions and roll it out into a circle.

Prepare two sheets of aluimni foil to place the cook totallia. 

On low-mid heat, use a large skillet and fry each side of totallia for 2 minutes, if needed spry olive oil to totallia before placing it on the skillet.
