  • Preheat oven at 425*F 
  • In a large blow add 1.5 tsp – yeast mixed with 3 tsp Sugar 
  • Add 1 cup water (at 115*F) 
  • Place the blow in a warm area and wait for it to activate 
  • Add 1 cup of flour and red salt, mix until it’s mostly dough with a large spoon.
  • Add .5ish of flour and baking olive oil as needed including the button of blow.
  • Roll the dough into a ball & rise in a warm area. 
  • On a cutting board, with flour and rolling be –  
  • 9X13 pan with four on the bottom 
  • Cut the dough ball into 3 pieces, and roll them out one at a time into a circle. 
  • Fold in like a burrito and place in a 9X13 pan, cut into the middle, and spray with olive oil. 
  • Place dough in a warm place until it rises, please in the oven for 15 minutes at a time.
