  • Preheat oven to 415F 
  • Add 2 tablespoons yeast and 1/4 cup sugar mixed in a large bowl, and add 1 cup, 2 tbs of 110F-122F water. 
  • Place in a warm area and activate. 
  • 1/3 cup baking olive oil
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour, mix with a large spoon. 
  • Add 1.25 cups of flour and mix into a dough ball with a hook.
  •  Place in a warm area to let it rise but not too long.
  • In large cookie sheets with four cut dough into 8 flat ball disks. 
  • Let it rise and top it with olive oil. 
  • Cook for 15 minutes at a time.
